Activities:

There are plentiful opportunities for martial activities, with ample space for the traditional rattan and fencing melees. There will be archery and thrown weapons as we ready for pre-Pennsic practice.

Baron Salvador will be sponsoring a Cut and Thrust Tournament: “I would invite all those who are practitioners or those interested in learning more about Cut and Thrust combat to attend. I will also try to have some loaner gear for those who would like to authorize. We will be running from 2 pm to 3 pm.”

There will be a Bearpit Fencing Tourney from 11am – 12pm, run by Baron Eric Grenier de Labarre. Small prize for the winner.

Duke Byron and Duchess Ariella will be sponsoring a Tournament of Chivalry: “Greetings All Fighters! The Chivalry of Aethelmearc invite you to join us at Pax Interruptus, Saturday July 6th, for a Tournament Of Chivalry. We will have a Pyramid of Chivalry tournament and a Teaching List, both focusing on one-on-one fighting before melees start. In both, foam weapons are an option; Duchess Sir Ariella will have loaners.”
Atlantian Speed Tournament will be running concurrently with the Tournament of Chivalry, so come on out! There’s something for everyone! (run by our MIC, Sir Angus)
